🔁 Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadables)
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all ebook and digital tool sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product is delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us immediately at admin@brightsecurelegacybuilders.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
📋 Financial Wellness Services
We understand life happens and plans may change. For our consultations, coaching, or strategy services:
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the service has not yet begun or materials have not been delivered.
- No refunds will be issued once onboarding materials, personalized strategies, or service-related communications have been provided.
- You may reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us via email.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement.
